📋 Description

• Follow up on housekeeping and prepare intervention or corrective requests
• Contribute to resident satisfaction within the framework set by the Administration
• Handle spontaneous requests from residents
• Carry out problem solving to the extent possible
• Enforce regulations with residents
• Prepare operational needs for rooms or impromptu stays with Roomsy

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written French and English
• At least two years of experience in customer service and lodging
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on a flexible schedule
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and diverse environments
