  • Act as senior advisor to customers; lead workshops and roadmaps.

  • 7โ€“15+ years of IT experience, ideally in MSP/tech services.
  • Proven background in pre-sales, solution consulting, architecture or technical advisory roles.
  • Strong customer-facing, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
  • Broad knowledge of cloud, EUC, networking and security technologies.
  • Strong written communication, proposals and presentations.
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting sales opportunities.
