🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a solution/sales engineer or consultant.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge across modules.
• ITIL v3+ certification or working knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Web development knowledge (HTML/JS) and Agile tooling.
