Design end-to-end managed services: monitoring, incident, network, server, cloud, and service desk.
Develop solution architectures, costing models, SLAs, and workflows.
Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams for feasibility.

🎯 Requirements

Strong expertise in IT Managed Services and NOC solutioning.
Infra monitoring, incident management, event management, network ops, ITIL-based delivery.
Experience designing and proposing managed services for enterprise customers.
Presales: solutioning, proposals, effort estimation, and presentations.
Networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, and managed support.
Communicate complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
