📋 Description

• Coordinate with lead guide to plan and manage Montessori classroom
• Manage physical care of children
• Ensure daily care per procedures and licensing guidelines
• Maintain safe, clean, organized classroom environment
• Observe and document observations for each child
• Provide feedback to families and co-teachers on child progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years in early childhood education
• Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques
• Positive Discipline
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Effective oral and written communication
