• Provide mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry
• Unrestricted state license without disciplinary action
• Active DEA license preferred
• Must have office space to see patients in Unadilla, NY
• Ability to care for a full range of diagnoses and clinical complexity
• Full-time resident of the United States
