Prescription Verification Specialist

📋 Description

• Verify contact lens prescriptions by processing inbound images from customers and eye care providers
• Process an average of 125 items per hour (Approximately 875 items in an 8-hour shift)
• Follow standardized processes (using gaming mice, hot keys, screen layout, workflow, etc.) to
• Respond to emails and text messages from customers regarding their prescriptions
• Advise customers regarding any order adjustments
• Interact directly with customers through email, text messages and sometimes via the phone

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
• Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
• A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
