📋 Description

• Own the strategy, P&L, growth plan, and overall performance of the health system business line.
• Define where we compete and win across Hospital at Home, SNF at Home, Post-Acute RPM, Chronic Care
• Develop and execute the business plan, including growth priorities, revenue goals, customer
• Establish the operating cadence and accountability required to scale the business.
• Partner closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align
• Use customer, market, financial, and operational insights to continuously refine the strategy.

• You’re a relentless hands-on builder who knows how to turn strategy into growth.
• 10+ years of leadership experience building and scaling enterprise healthcare technology businesses
• Demonstrated experience owning and building a healthcare business line and enterprise GTM function.
• Proven success developing and executing an enterprise GTM playbook across sales, implementation
• Track record of selling complex, high-value solutions into large health systems and developing
