Pricing and Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Own the Price Book: Be the single owner of construction, maintenance, and turnover line-item
• Benchmark Against the Market: Build a repeatable benchmarking program that compares our line items
• Put a Price on More of the Work: Expand line-item and flat-rate pricing so more work orders are
• Negotiate National Supplier Agreements: Source and negotiate with national suppliers of materials
• Hold the Line on Price Adherence: Monitor invoices, change orders, and estimates against the price
• Automate Pricing Upkeep: Partner with Product and BI to build the data, dashboards, and AI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in pricing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or cost estimating, ideally in residential
• You've built or owned a price book, unit-cost database, or rate card, and kept it current
• You know what a paint job, a flooring install, or an HVAC replacement should cost, or you know how
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable modeling pricing scenarios, margin, and volume trade-offs in
• Track record negotiating national or multi-region supplier agreements, including rebate and
