Pricing Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Developing a deep understanding of Marshmallow's quote, policy and claims data and use this to
• Own one of the strategic initiatives of the pricing team, such as supporting our expansion plans or
• Conducting claims analysis and claims modelling using SQL and Python.
• Conducting price optimisation analysis/modelling using Python.
• Building and deploying models in APIs for use in real time pricing.
• Identify new sources of external data that enable us to refine our view of claims risk, and conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to interrogate data and conduct pricing analysis within SQL & Python/R
• Ability to build GLMs, GBMs and other claims models within Python/R
• Experience working in a data driven (ideally commercial) role (quant, credit, fraud etc)
