Pricing & Margin Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor key market indicators, including Treasury and swap rates, SOFR, whole-loan buyer bids
• Maintain and analyze the margin waterfall from initial rate sheet pricing through realized loan
• Build and maintain pricing and margin dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Collaborate with Sales and executive leadership to develop performance-based broker pricing tiers
• Prepare monthly reports covering pricing concessions, exceptions, trends, and margin impact
• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, connecting pricing and

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage pricing, secondary marketing, capital markets analytics
• Working knowledge of non-qualified mortgage (non-QM) and debt service coverage ratio (DSCR)
• Strong understanding of gain-on-sale, basis points, spreads, cost of funds, and margin waterfall
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to build complex financial and analytical models
• Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present pricing strategies and
