Pricing & Packaging Director

📋 Description

• Lead monetization strategy across GTM, product, finance, and ops
• Develop pricing/packaging for new/existing products to grow ARR
• Define package structures, pricing models, tiers, discounts, promos
• Conduct market research, segmentation, willingness-to-pay studies
• Build financial models for margins, ARR impact, profitability
• Collaborate with Product Marketing/Management for launches

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in pricing/strategy/finance or similar
• Proven SaaS pricing and packaging experience
• Experience across multiple markets (NA, EMEA, APJ)
• Strong financial modeling and pricing sensitivity skills
• Analytical with competitive intelligence and market evaluation
• Excellent communication to senior leadership
