📋 Description

• Own recurring state performance reporting on quote volume, quote-to-bind conversion, new business
• Analyze performance across geography, risk characteristics, coverage, and distribution channels to
• Evaluate how proposed rate changes, underwriting rules, and shifts in business mix could affect
• Build and maintain competitive research that informs state comparisons and points to potential
• Use Databricks Genie to explore data, and Claude Code to write SQL queries, build analytical
• Bring relevant data and business context into analytical workflows through approved MCP connections

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, coursework, and analytical projects count
• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, finance, business
• Foundational SQL skills and proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
• Experience analyzing data to identify patterns, investigate questions, and explain findings
• Hands-on experience using AI for analytical or coding tasks (academic or personal projects count)
• Attention to detail and the judgment to question and verify AI-generated results before relying on
