📋 Description

• Own end-to-end P&L for the eastern region; drive pricing strategy for profitability.
• Lead two state managers; set performance expectations and ensure quality execution.
• Define pricing strategies and risk frameworks for eastern states using data.
• Present pricing and risk insights to leadership and regulatory bodies with clear trade-offs.
• Build regional dashboards and risk KPIs for real-time portfolio visibility.
• Own regulatory modeling and compliance strategy for the eastern region.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in pricing/risk/analytics; 7+ years P&L ownership.
• Proven track record leading pricing/risk/analytics with full accountability.
• Experience managing state/regional budgets and headcount; hitting targets.
• Deep expertise building and interpreting executive dashboards and risk KPIs.
• Navigate multi-state regulatory environments; translate compliance to strategy.
• Comfort using AI and data tools to enhance analytics and pricing decisions.
