📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive in-person assessments with IDT to tailor care plans.
• Coordinate discharge for acute, short-term, and long-term placements.
• No hospital rounds; focus on comprehensive care, about 8 patients per day.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed residency program accredited by ACGME.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree.
• Board Certification preferred.
• Active unrestricted state medical license.
• CDS certification and DEA registration.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days (preferred).
