Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive in-person assessments with IDT to tailor care plans
• Coordinate discharge for acute, short-term, and long-term placement
• No hospital rounds; see about 8 patients per day

🎯 Requirements

• ACGME-accredited residency
• Master's or Doctorate Degree
• Board Certification preferred
• Active state physician license without restrictions
• State CDS certification and DEA registration
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
