🎯 Requirements

• Residency completed in an ACGME-accredited program.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree.
• Board Certification preferred.
• Active state physician license without restrictions.
• State CDS certification and DEA registration.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; maintain certification.
