📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the full lifespan

• See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting

• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with value-based principles

• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams

• Manage an assigned patient panel including preventive care

• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school (required)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)

• Hold an active, unrestricted Rhode Island medical license or be eligible to obtain one (required)

• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care (required)

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
