📋 Description

• Support students with BIPs and IEP goals.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support.
• Use reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
• Monitor behavior data and intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, and admins.
• Maintain a calm, safe learning environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year school-based Behavior Assistant experience
• Minimum 10 hours training in behavior management and positive reinforcement
• Active educational aide permit through the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
