Prime Operations Assistant

📋 Description

• Reconcile billing and subscription records, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate collections
• Manage MSA intake and agreement workflows through Ironclad, track signatures and renewals, and
• Coordinate TLS and Vesting Platform onboarding for new customers, triage Pylon inboxes, and deliver
• Prepare token distributions, support grant setup and M2M migrations, and execute controlled lockup
• Maintain SOPs, reporting methodology, and canonical operational datasets, flagging opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, contract administration, or customer
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows with consistent accuracy, including
• Hands-on experience with operational tooling such as Ironclad, Pylon, CRM platforms, or
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, data hygiene practices, and documented controls sufficient to
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
