📋 Description

• Drive trading volume by meeting liquidity needs and offering execution services.
• Build trusted institutional counterparty relationships through quality execution.
• Partner with Sales, Financing, and Account Management to onboard new relationships and monetize them.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Managers guiding new product development.
• Maintain a real-time pulse on market sentiment and client positioning for internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales/trading across digital assets, FX, equities, or derivatives with daily execution.
• Strong options trading: pricing, hedging, risk mgmt; Greeks and volatility.
• Proven ability to build institutional client relationships with high-value interactions.
• Experience producing institutional market commentary on macro or crypto themes.
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday).
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.
