📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of AAA-quality, game-ready 3D environments and props from initial brief through
• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and workloads to ensure all environment milestones are delivered on
• Review assets against artistic and technical standards, identify and resolve production issues, and
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Environment Artists, the 3D Lead, and
• Support the team's growth through onboarding, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial professional experience as an Environment Artist in game development, including shipped
• Experience supervising and mentoring artists, and collaborating with other studios, external
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Maya, 3ds Max or Blender, ZBrush, Substance
• Solid knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity, including asset integration and optimization for
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, scale, and environmental storytelling.
• In-depth knowledge of art and technical standards for real-time game assets.
