Principal AI Agent Development Engineer/Architect

📋 Description

• Design and implement the agent SDK, runtime, and core primitives.
• Ensure steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive agent loops.
• Wrap internal systems as MCP servers and agent skills; unify discovery, RBAC, rate limits, and versioning.
• Develop toolchains for the full agent lifecycle (Spec -> Eval -> Build -> Test -> Iterate).
• Own accuracy, resolution rate, cost, and latency metrics; optimize loops.
• Familiar with at least one orchestration framework; support multi-agent collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related; 6+ yrs with 3+ AI/Agent; 8+ yrs with 0-to-1 Agent platform.
• Proficient in Go or Python; production-grade system design and TRD documentation.
• Deep expertise in LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, ReAct, and context window management.
• 0-to-1 launch with production-grade agent experience.
• Familiar with at least one orchestration framework; multi-agent collaboration.
• RAG engineering or evaluation systems expertise.
• Quantify effectiveness and cost; awareness of PII desensitization and prompt injection protection.
