Principal AI Ecosystem Architect - OpenAI/Anthropic

📋 Description

• Drive co-build strategy with Elastic's Product team for OpenAI/Anthropic integrations.
• Build reference architectures and prototypes for Elasticsearch as the retrieval layer for agentic AI.
• Own technical relationships end-to-end with OpenAI and Anthropic partner teams.
• Shape product strategy and GTM content with partners for frontier AI deployments.
• Influence Elastic roadmap using technical signals from partner ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical presales, partner engineering, solutions architecture, and product management.
• Proven experience owning technical relationships with strategic AI/platform partners; OpenAI/Anthropic preferred.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes and integration demos with partners.
• Track record of influencing product roadmaps and partner priorities.
• Strong communication across audiences; able to present at dev conferences.
• Willing to travel 30%; OpenAI/Anthropic experience a plus.
