Principal AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Set technical direction for complex GenAI and agentic systems end-to-end
• Hands-on work on foundation-models, embedding fine-tuning, and agentic workflows
• Design for latency, reliability, cost, and scale; apply MLOps for production
• Lead multi-step reasoning, automate agentic workflows at scale
• Advise clients and shape deals; act as technical authority in pre-sales
• Mentor senior/mid engineers and elevate AI-augmented engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Core languages: Python and shell scripting
• AI/LLM: Gemini, GPT-class, open models; prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation
• Agentic systems design and productionization
• Data & search: vector DBs (Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector, Pinecone)
• Infrastructure: Google Cloud/Vertex AI, scalable architectures
• Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents
