📋 Description

• Define AI architecture and strategy; lead full lifecycle from design to production
• Build scalable ML platforms, pipelines, and orchestration for model dev
• Architect LLM systems: prompts, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, RAG
• Design APIs and backend services that integrate AI with enterprise systems
• Lead model development and optimization from research to production
• Ensure AI reliability, security, and observability in production systems

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in professional software engineering; 5+ years AI/ML in production
• Expert Python or similar with distributed, scalable systems
• Deep experience designing distributed, event-driven architectures
• Deep cloud expertise; mastery of AWS and GenAI offerings
• Proven track record shipping complex agentic AI systems in production
• Mastery of AI frameworks and orchestration tools; when to adopt vs build
