10+ years software engineering with technical leadership.
2+ years AI/ML in production environment.
Strong backend/full-stack background (Python).
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Devin AI, GH Copilot, GPT APIs).
Expertise in system design, RAG/Agentic systems, task decomposition.
Proven leadership of distributed engineering teams; strong English.
