• Own the production improvement loop for Context Engine

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Track record of eval-driven product improvement
• Direct experience building agents with state and memory
• Familiarity with MCP
• Experience designing telemetry for AI systems
• Experience running product experiments end to end
