📋 Description

• Design autonomous agentic workflows and real-time reasoning in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the AI Platform team on LLMOps for scalable deployments.
• Apply scientific intuition to optimize AI systems for customer value.
• Set AI/ML roadmap and raise the bar across the AI stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of applied science or engineering in ML/AI in production.
• Proven ability to lead and scale a technical team.
• Deep expertise in modern AI concepts; LangGraph, RAG, and vector DBs.
• Builder who ships iterative, customer-focused AI solutions.
• Proven track record delivering business value with AI/ML at scale.
• Cloud infra (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, Kubernetes, Kafka.
