Principal AI Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for CS AI products.
• Identify AI opportunities across CS workflows: productivity and knowledge.
• Manage AI product portfolio end-to-end from concept to launch.
• Partner with CS, Eng, UX, Data, AI Platform, and IT to deliver AI-native products.
• Drive prioritization and tradeoffs across the portfolio for value, risk, and reuse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational AI/ML knowledge and applying AI to outcomes.
• 10+ years in PM for enterprise SaaS/software; 3+ years in AI-powered products.
• Proven track record defining long-term product strategy and managing complex portfolios.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI concepts: LLMs, agents, RAG, prompts.
• Experience building workflow apps and productivity tools with data-driven KPIs.
• Exceptional product judgment and cross-functional leadership across Eng, Design, Data, and Platform.
