📋 Description

• Lead research on LLMs, ASR, retrieval systems, and scalable production capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS/ML or equivalent; typically 6+ years in production ML/AI.
• Deep learning expertise with LLMs, transformers, plus event in speech/NLP/IR/multimodal modeling.
• Track record of taking research to deployed impact.
• Python proficiency and strong experience with PyTorch; solid software fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience training/serving large models; distributed training and efficient inference.
• Strong technical leadership and effective communication across teams.
