📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA; reports to EVP, AI Security.
• Define AI Ecosystem Strategy with frontier models, vector databases, and AI infrastructure leaders.
• Lead Secure AI roadmap for safe use of 3rd-party LLMs and data leakage prevention.
• Build developer ecosystem with APIs, SDKs, and Zero Trust native app patterns.
• Drive growth via cross-functional partnerships turning complex integrations into go-to-market motions.
• Architect Zscaler AI ecosystem bridging Zero Trust, LLMs, GPU infra, and AI frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical leadership or engineering partnerships building industry relationships.
• Deep fluency in AI lifecycle: training vs inference, GPU roles, context windows, and RAG.
• Ability to apply first-principles thinking to security and networking challenges in enterprise LLM deployment.
• Strong bias for action with a Ship Early, Iterate Fast mentality delivering high-value MVPs.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML tech and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes.
• Proven track record building developer and partner ecosystems at scale.
