Principal AI Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the AI Security program as SEEK's senior technical anchor.
• Design, build and operate AI security capabilities for safe AI adoption.
• Mentor Senior AI Security Engineers and raise team capability.
• Partner with Architecture on AI initiatives to shape secure designs.
• Lead AI security risk assessments across prompt injection and model threats.
• Build and operate AI security platform including MCP/LLM gateways.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of senior security/AI/ML/data science or platform engineering experience.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM systems, agentic patterns, MCP, RAG, and model serving.
• Experience shaping decisions in cross-functional security forums.
• Translate complex AI assessments into actionable engineering guidance.
• Production experience in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on with LLM/agentic tech: proxies, gateways, MCP, and tooling.
