🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field (REQUIRED)
• 12+ years in solution/enterprise architecture or ML/AI engineering (REQUIRED)
• End-to-end AI/ML or data-system architectures with data flows and security (REQUIRED)
• Strong command of AI stack: LLMs, agents, retrieval, orchestration (REQUIRED)
• Google Cloud and CI/CD, IaC; production tooling (REQUIRED)
• CX/AI experience with Five9 or AI for CX; architecture patterns (PREFERRED)
