📋 Description

• Drive monthly and quarterly close cycles for accruals, payments and general system updates in our
• Responsible for SOX reviews, compliance and driving continuous improvement
• Find opportunities for system improvements and work closely with IT and key partners to implement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Sales Compensation / Operation / Analytics area (knowledge of sales
• 3+ years experience with Xactly Incent and Analytics commission software or similar commission
• Strong proficiency with Excel and attention to detail
• Confirmed experience in design and execution of complex user acceptance testing and system
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills, good communication skills
• Thriving in fast pace environments and desire to own, re-build, improve upon existing processes and
