Principal App Store Manager

📋 Description

• Manage app store portals (Apple App Store Connect, Google Play) and user access.
• Ensure quarterly SOX audits and secure administration.
• Drive release readiness and track platform deadlines (Xcode/SDK upgrades).
• Lead a distributed task force across BD, Release Eng, Platform, Productivity.
• Influence leadership decisions to scale the App Store function.
• Triage store bugs and set up new store environments and API access.
• Oversee provisioning and certs, incl. partner provisioning (Tencent, VNG).

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Strong background in technical project management or release coordination.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams; influence leadership.
• Familiarity with mobile development ecosystems; provisioning (UDID), certificates, binary submission.
• Experience handling SOX audits, legal agreements, and IARC content ratings.
• Proven ability to triage complex store portal issues and coordinate API access.
