Principal Architect, AI/ML

📋 Description

• Serve as senior technical authority on AI/ML applications.
• Partner with sales to scope opportunities and guide proposals.
• Lead architecture of secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Cloud & Data Architects on deployments.
• Design GDPR-compliant, private data-sovereign AI for Europe.
• Architect hosting, fine-tuning and model optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in CS or related field, or equivalent AI/ML experience.
• Extensive senior/principal architect experience with production ML systems.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• GCP experience (Vertex AI, GKE, TPUs) a significant plus.
• LLM optimization: quantization, pruning, LoRA, fast serving (vLLM).
• Experience with JAX and PyTorch/XLA for large-scale models.
• Expertise in agentic workflows with LangGraph, LangChain and Google ADK.
