Principal Associate Scientist, Biology

📋 Description

• Execute in vitro and ex vivo experiments for disease biology and therapeutic development
• Isolate and culture immune cells; perform functional assays
• Conduct immune profiling using flow cytometry and multi-parameter panels
• Perform T cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine profiling
• Prepare tissue samples and generate single-cell suspensions
• Document data clearly to support team decisions

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Immunology, Biology, or related field with 7+ years of industry experience
• Strong hands-on experience with primary immune cell systems (human and/or mouse)
• Proven experience executing flow cytometry-based assays
• Experience with cell-based functional assays (cytokine assays, proliferation)
• Able to independently execute experiments and troubleshoot
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and record keeping
