Principal Automation Specialist

📋 Description

• Architect and build agentic automation: LLM-orchestrated workflows that combine deterministic RPA
• Extend our Automation Anywhere estate — migrate brittle, screen-scraped bots to API- and
• Build the reliability layer that makes agents safe to run in production: evaluation harnesses
• Own the integration surface — connect agents to ERP (SAP), data platforms, ticketing, and internal
• Apply document and language intelligence to workflows that resisted classic RPA: invoices, purchase
• Partner with business interested parties to seize opportunities and identify what's worth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in automation engineering, including deep production experience with Automation
• Hands-on experience building LLM-backed applications: timely composition, function/tool calling
• Practical judgment about non-determinism — how you test, evaluate, and monitor systems whose output
• A strong background in leading teams and delivering ambitious projects.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A track record of technical influence without formal authority — driving standards, mentoring
