Principal Backend Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain core market data modules
• Design real-time market data computation and low-latency push pipelines
• Tune performance under high-concurrency/high-throughput to ensure accuracy and timeliness of market data
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews
• Build observability infrastructure: monitoring, alerting, distributed tracing, logging
• Participate in production incident investigations and post-mortems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Go development experience; strong knowledge of Go concurrency, memory model, and GC
• Experience designing high-concurrency, low-latency systems; know bottlenecks and optimizations
• Familiar with Kafka or Redis Streams in streaming data architectures
• Proficient with WebSocket and gRPC for real-time data transport
• Strong coding discipline; clean structure and code reviews
