Principal Backend Software Engineer - Auth & Identity

📋 Description

• Design and build identity federation, auth, and authorization infra for Radiant cloud with external providers.
• Architect and develop native IAM, federation, and RBAC for secure interoperability.
• Build foundational identity federation and authorization tech beyond cloud integrations.
• Develop and maintain authentication and authorization services, including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and tokens.
• Collaborate on backend design, architecture reviews, and system evolution.
• Identify and resolve security issues, performance bottlenecks, or reliability challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Golang and cloud-native backend development
• OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT
• Cryptography fundamentals (TLS, PKI, key rotation, secrets management)
• RBAC and Zero-Trust principles
• PostgreSQL or other RDMS
• Scalable, low-latency microservices for authentication and authorization
