Principal Biostatistician

📋 Description

• Lead design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical studies within a collaborative team.
• Contribute to statistical output across protocols, SAPs, safety reviews, and reports.
• Provide mentoring and oversight of biostatistics work and outputs from junior staff.
• Coordinate with sponsor, PM, data management, and medical writers to support statistical needs.
• Represent biostatistics in internal/external meetings and audits; ensure timely, high-quality work.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (or higher) in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
• Proficiency in SAS and knowledge of advanced statistical methods (e.g., survival analysis, logistic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; English fluency.
• Knowledge of ICH/regulatory landscape; collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience reviewing protocols and statistical documents; ability to mentor others.
