• Experience leading complex projects independently and making good decisions when the brief is still
• The ability to negotiate, compromise, or understand trade-offs with executives and XFN partners.
• The ability to connect creative choices to the audience, the product, and the business.
• A record of helping other designers improve and working well with people across disciplines.
