📋 Description

• Partner with Product Management to translate product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities into
• Work with business consultants, business analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure journeys
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand release outcomes and translate them into
• Lead requirements gathering for life insurance claims capabilities, working closely with business
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization
• Work closely with testing teams to ensure adequate requirements coverage and that different

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years working with Life & Annuity and/or
• Extensive experience working with insurance software packages, preferably within policy
• Strong knowledge of Life and Annuity and Group insurance domains, with significant expertise in
• Blend of business and technical expertise across core insurance processes, data, digital platforms
• Strong understanding of insurance technology vendors, product landscapes, emerging technologies
• Demonstrated experience translating product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps, business
