Principal Business Consultant - Events Business Consulting

📋 Description

• Lead for Veeva BC’s largest, complex global projects with cross-functional teams
• Own business development for Events Consulting; target >$1M deals
• Manage and mentor consulting teams; drive delivery standards
• Develop industry-leading thought leadership in events-led HCP engagement
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite; leverage Veeva data and software
• Help clients optimize event lifecycle and align with commercial goals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Life Sciences consulting experience (Mgmt preferred)
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ engagements
• Deep HCP engagement strategy and life sciences ops
• Leadership: manage multiple project teams and senior relationships
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Knowledge of Veeva products and SaaS/Tech-enabled consulting
