Principal Business Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct FP&A for sales and go-to-market activities
• Develop financial models for P&L drivers and investments
• Assess impact of incentives, promotions, and pricing with Sales/Product
• Oversee monthly/quarterly forecasting, reporting, and spend
• Analyze financial results and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Support planning and help develop team targets and OKRs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience
• Public company or marketplace experience preferred
• Experience working with Business Development and Sales teams
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/G-Suite skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; tell the story beyond the numbers
• Proactive in using AI tools to scale processes and deliver insights
