Principal Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex business systems projects and initiatives focused on improving data
• Partner with and influence senior stakeholders (Senior Directors and VPs) to drive alignment on
• Design and implement new business systems and processes to enforce data governance standards.
• Drive strategic system planning by researching and recommending emerging systems trends and
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Finance) to establish and enforce system best
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional work experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in data integration within large enterprise systems.
• Proficient knowledge in REST, Open API, SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Data Profiling.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews).
