Principal Business Technology Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for seller quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows in Salesforce/CPQ.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to identify high-leverage problems.
• Build prototypes, dashboards, data models, and AI-enabled workflows with engineering.
• Own shipped tools; measure adoption and business impact.
• Use AI tools to draft requirements and prototype; raise team leverage.
• Champion Samsara's culture as we scale globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management owning a domain and shipping.
• Experience with GTM or revenue systems (Salesforce CRM, CPQ, or related tools).
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on with AI tools; eager to prototype and build.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
• Ability to build artifacts directly—prototypes, dashboards, or POCs.
