Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for land development projects
Compute grading, drainage, stormwater, water quality and utilities calculations
Coordinate design to obtain local/state/federal permits
Manage civil construction in the field: QA/QC and multi-discipline coordination
Interact with contractors, fabricators, owners to set requirements, schedules, costs
Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering
8+ years civil engineering design, analysis, drafting experience
12+ years civil engineering design/analysis/drafting experience
EIT or PE license
Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D for grading and surface creation
Onsite Bastrop, TX; remote not allowed
