• Embed with product teams on our highest-priority initiatives so clinical input shapes the work from
• Translate complex clinical workflows into requirements engineers and designers can build against
• Bring clinical judgment to AI-enabled features, helping teams define what safe, useful, clinically
• Help define what clinical quality, patient safety, and good outcomes look like on our platform, and
• Monitor how our products perform across provider adoption, patient experience, and clinical
• Partner with Data and Analytics to turn ambiguous questions into insight that changes product

🎯 Requirements

• An active, unrestricted license as a psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or psychiatrist (MD/DO) with 6+ years
• Direct experience partnering with product and engineering teams to build AI-enabled healthcare tools
• Experience with AI governance, risk frameworks, or clinical safety standards for AI
• Experience at a high-growth startup or tech company
• Strong analytical instincts: you can define a metric, defend it, and use data to change a decision
• Clear communication: you can explain clinical concepts simply to teams without healthcare
